Please see the below District requirements for volunteering this year.
- Volunteer Application, this requires a district Sponsor (ie: the teacher for whom you will be volunteering)
- Volunteer Code of Conduct
- A copy of your driver’s license (or other current government issued ID).
Please scan and email, items 1-3 to Laura White (lwhite5@sandi.net). Or bring them to Laura White in the Main Office – between 8:15 AM and 3:45 PM on school days.
Once the 3 items above have been turned in, Laura White will schedule you to take a TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire with Nurse Kathy.
