Volunteer Opportunity Hospitality
Description
  • Set up suite for band directors and their staff; and suite for judges.
  • Keep refreshments stocked, assist with set up of lunch, and ensure areas are clean throughout the event.

Tasks Prep
1. At least 1 week prior to tournament establish Hospitality Menu.
2. Check inventory, seek donations for what is needed, if donations are insufficient shop for needed items.Performance
3. 1st shift check in at 8 am.
4. Clean and set-up hospitality suites rooms
5. 30 minutes prior to performance start have hospitality up and running.
6. Shut down after Awards ceremony.

7. Take final inventory
8. Breakdown and stow equipment
9. Clean you area
