Parents, want to receive information about events, schedule changes, tournaments, etc. quickly? The Music Boosters can send you messages via text, email, or push notifications from the “Remind App” (or any combination of these). The information we share will be relevant to parents and guardians.
Some important details you need to know
If your student is in multiple ensembles you may need to sign up for multiple lists. At the end of each school year, we will close the “remind” to remove all graduating senior parents. You will need to sign up for the new “Remind” to continue to receive notifications!
First, pick a way to receive messages. Text, App, or Email.
Option 1: Get text notifications.
For parent updates about Marching Band and Color Guard:
Text the message @mbcgsrhs23 to the number 81010. If you’re having trouble with 81010, try texting @mbcgsrhs23 to (240) 788-4899.
For parent updates about SRHS Symphonic Band & Orchestra:

Option 2: If you have a smartphone, get notifications on your Remind App.
Download the mobile app for iOS and Android devices and create a new account (or log in if you already have one.) To join a class, tap the + “Join a Class and enter the class code(s). You’ll automatically get app notifications.
