This position uses a pre-written script and the Public Address system in the stadium to inform bands and audience of Tournament happenings this includes:
- announce the show
- introduce bands
- inform the performers when the judges are ready
- Make general announcements as needed

Check the Tournament Equipment Required document for items need to complete this task.
Check in at least 2 hours before performance
Check for any relevant updates
Proceed to Press Box – setup and test equipment
Begin show on time – have fun!
