Volunteer Opportunity Signs
Description
  • You will be responsible for the making, acquiring and managing the signs used during the tournament.
  • Signs are needed for parking, directions, warnings and band movement.

Tasks Prep
1. At least 1 week before tournament review the Tournament Equipment Required document  and inventory what signs we have, which ones may need repair or which ones we need to make or purchase.

Perfom
2. Check in at 8 am
3. Deploy signs in the designated areas.

Post
4. Retrieve signs and list final inventory
5. Clean up area.
