- Direct busses, cars, and people around campus.
- Direct busses to their assigned parking spots and direct spectators to their parking area.
- Will direct traffic as they depart the campus.
- Early morning crew will set up restricted area and post signs.

Prep
1. Check the Tournament Equipment Required document for items need to complete this task. At least 1 week prior to Tournament create Parking and traffic Map
2. Inventory signs, create any that are missing
Performance
3. 1st shift check in at 8 am. Download performance schedule
4. Direct traffic as required.
Post
10. After bands and spectators leave breakdown and stow equipment
11. Clean you area |
