Students who are interested in auditioning for All State Band/Orchestra and All Southern Band/Orchestra can start preparing the audition pieces now. Here are the dates for each as well as the link for each. The audition selections are the same for each organization. SDUSD Honor Band and Orchestra audition music will be out in the Spring.

District honor Music Ensembles

Auditions: Submitted virtually January 28th – February 5th
Performance: Sunday, March 12 at the Civic Theatre

CA All State Ensembles –

Applications/submissions are due by Dec 1, 2022. Performance is at the CASMEC conference from February 15th to 19th in Fresno, CA.

All Southern CA Ensembles –

Audition date TBD (typically around Feb 1st). Performance is usually around mid April in or around Orange Country. Link to music HERE.
