Expense Approval Process

The SRHS Music Boosters is a non-profit 501(c)3 entity charged with providing additional revenue to support the music program at SRHS.  The budget for each individual program is set in advance and anything costs outside of those expenses need to be approved in advance. If you see a need please contact us or Director Shedd immediately so that we can obtain the proper approvals. Reimbursements for costs associated with pre-approved expenditures can be obtained by submitting a receipt to boosters: boosters@srhsmusic.com

As a reminder, fundraising efforts for the program must be pre-approved by Director Shedd and the school administration.  Contributions to the SRHS Music Boosters are not required for students to participate in the music program. Donations are one source of funding for the program. They are entirely voluntary, and greatly appreciated, in any amount. Students have the right to a free public education and their grade will not be affected in any way, regardless of whether or not their family chooses to donate to the program.
